Three generations of family management; Can Do construction since 1972

THREE GENERATIONS OF FAMILY MANAGEMENT:

Our companies were founded by J.J. Sisca, Senior, in 1972, and now, 46 years later, we are in our third generation of family management. Shown in this picture: left, J.J. Sisca Senior, center is J.J. Sisca, Jr., and on the right, J.J.Sisca, III, Esq.

From the very beginning, The Sisca motto has been “Can Do!”

Determination, hard work, confidence and resourcefulness are at the core of this attitude. Our team is made up of not just good people, but great people. People who take ownership of challenges. People who have a rock solid knowledge base. People who treat each other and all with whom we work, with mutual trust, honesty and respect.

Over the years, Sisca has developed long lasting relationships with some of the tri-state’s leading subcontractors. This enables us to provide competitive pricing to our clients and to construct projects within budget in a time efficient manner.

We approach each job with the same objectives.

QUALITY OF WORK | INTEGRITY | SAFETY | VALUE ENGINEERING | CUSTOMER SATISFACTION | ON-TIME COMPLETION | STRICT BUDGET MANAGEMENT
